Wendover Nevada
Although it's called just "Wendover", the casinos are
located in West Wendover in Nevada. A a few blocks down the road is Wendover Utah where
there are some hotels but no casinos.
Wendover is just inside Nevada along side Interstate 80 at the
top of the state which takes tourists and truckers from Salt Lake City Utah to
Reno and beyond. Many more people will become more familiar with Wendover with
the expansion of the Wendover MAX casino
junkets. It's a great deal that include
airfare and hotel from a number of places.

Casino Hotel or the Peppermill Casino Hotel. Both are of the same quality
and have slight advantages over each other. If you want an indoor pool,
choose the Rainbow. They plan an expansion of the number of departure cities
and of their third property, the Montego Bay Casino Hotel. |

get a casino shuttle bus. There are daily bus tours to the Rainbow,

They have 500 rooms and 5 different food options. |

The Nugget graciously warns its patrons of potential speed traps
in nearby towns.

"West Wendover, Nevada and Wendover, Utah both
have aggressive police departments that depend on traffic ticket
revenue for their livelihood. They operate radar traps frequently on
Wendover Boulevard to enforce the slow 35 mph speed limit in town.
Motorcyclists should be aware that Nevada has a helmet law, while
Utah does not." |

| The hotel is a Super 8 franchise. This casino is not
nearly as nice as the other 4 in town. If there are no rooms available
at the other 4 properties, this is your only choice for a casino
hotel. |

listed. But, you'd be much happier in the Days Inn or the Econolodge.

Spas information.
