The game begins when a player places a bet. The dealer will then deal two cards face up. (The two cards are community cards for all players.) If the cards are non-consecutive (example: 3 and 10), the dealer will announce the spread of those two cards (the number of cards in between the first two cards drawn). At this time, each player may raise his/her bet up to the original amount. The dealer will then draw a third card. If the value of the third card falls between the first two cards, all players win at the appropriate odds. (See chart for odds payouts.) If the cards are consecutive (example: 2 and 3), there is no spread, and the hand results in a tie. Wagers are neither paid nor taken. If the first two cards are a pair (example: 9 and 9), no raises are permitted. The dealer will then draw a third card. If the third card results in a "triple" (the same as the first two cards), each player's wager will be paid 11 to 1. If it is not the same value, the hand results in a tie and will neither be paid nor taken. BASIC RULES FOR ANY TABLE GAME
