Bus Program

Day Trips-4 Hour Stay Required
Each passenger receives a $10 Bus Certificate at No Charge Every bus passenger must get a PBNLC Players Club Card Each passenger is also entitled to a 15 Trip Punch Card with a value commensurate with their history of casino play. New Players will receive a temporary 3-trip punch card with a $5 value. (After 3 trips, the value of their new 15-trip punch card will be determined based their average play during those 3 trips.) Buses are also paid a mileage trip stipend based on your distance from the casino Tour operators are also paid COMP, based on the individual value of each player on each trip-this is equal to the value of each player's punch card value. Manifests with complete addresses and D.O.B. of each passenger must be faxed to casino At least 48 hours prior to booked arrival time to ensure that Players Club and Punch Cards are ready for all first time PBNLC visitors. This will minimize your waiting time upon arrival.

Short Stops-2 Hour Stay Required

No Mileage Stipend is paid
COMP is paid at HALF the Value of a 4-Hour Stay
All other requirements are the same as a 4-Hour Stay

Over Nite Stays
Arrival times must be booked with the Casino and Hotel Separately Hotel Packages are arranged with Indian Springs Lodge directly (800-777-1640) Overnite casino package is as follows-tour operator purchases a $35 for $20 Coupon from the casino cashier cage upon arrival for each passenger listed on the manifest (including bus driver and coordinator.) Tour operator is entitled to purchase the $35 coupons on each day that a 4-Hour stay is booked on an overnight trip. Manifests must be faxed to casino 48 hours prior to arrival with complete passenger information for new players so that Players Club Cards and Punch Cards can be made up in advance to minimize waiting time upon arrival. All passengers are entitled to a punch card which can be used each day of the overnight stay that is booked at the casino. Tour operators mileage stipend is DOUBLED for overnight stays with two or more casino visits Tour operators are also paid COMP for each casino visit during overnight stays. COMP is based on the individual value of each player as determined by the value of each players Punch Card. (Punch Card values are determined by each bus passengers history of play)
