"Due to the collapse of XL Leisure Group and XL Airways UK on September 12, 2008, the infrastructural and financial situation of this airline is unclear in regards to the aircraft Xtra has on lease from XL Leisure Group, as XL Airways France and XL Airways Germany, remain in business and now may be the certificate lease holders of the XL Group aircraft on loan to CXP Management. However, no operational issues have been reported thus far." |
